all sales are final

we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened or used products. please ensure you double-check your order before completing your purchase.


damaged or incorrect items

if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. we’ll review your case and—if approved—either send a replacement or issue store credit.

to process a claim, send us:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the product and packaging

  • a short explanation of the issue


shipping issues

we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by customs or local delivery providers. however, we will always assist you in resolving the issue through DHL.
