shipping method
we ship all orders exclusively via DHL Express. this ensures fast, secure, and reliable delivery across the globe.
delivery time
once dispatched, your order will arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your location. you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
dispatch time
orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
customs & import regulations
international shipments may be subject to local customs clearance, duties, and import taxes.
it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is legal in their country and to handle any applicable import procedures.
azari.com is not liable for any packages delayed, held, or confiscated by customs. however, we will assist you with all necessary documentation to help complete delivery.
excluded shipping countries
due to legal or logistical restrictions, we do not currently ship to the following countries:

- Saudi Arabia
- Oman
- Norway
- Mexico
shipping confirmation & tracking
once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number so you can follow the journey of your package in real-time.
failed deliveries
if a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the buyer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges or return fees.
